ABOUT DALE

Dale has been leading joyful movement classes since 2015.  Trained as a Let Your Yoga Dance® instructor and an emerging Biodanza® facilitator, Dale has hosted classes for all ages and fitness levels including folks with cognitive and physical challenges.

 

She earned a BS degree from Suffolk University and an Elementary Teaching Certification from Salem State University.

​

Bursting with energy, Dale has channelled her creative exuberance into many artistic endeavors, including dance, painting, writing, and jewelry design. 

 

“I strive to convey my creative enthusiasm throughout my work, whether it be through dance movement, on a canvas or on the written page.”
